'We Came to America!-Last Month!'

Nihao
the Friday before I started school, I went to
the school to register. We were in the school
office when 3rd period ended. Someone started
screaming "Who's that? Who's that? Who's that?",
until someone said "It's a new kid!". Thanks alot.
The following Monday I started school. My mom
and I sat in the office for most of 1st period while
the secretary was filling out papers and the such.
the called in a girl named Tristen to be my buddy
because she's in all my classes except one. The
secretary asked her to show me all the classrooms.
While we were walking down the halls this hall
monitor named Trey started following us and
asking questions(he's a hall monitor 'cause he got
kicked out of band) "Who are you?" "Where are
you from?" "Naipan?" "Naipan?" "Naipan?"
"Naipan?" He finally understood.
When I told my dad this story on the phone,
he asked me(after a slight pause); "Is he retarded?"
Almost. So he follows us to my locker, and
asks me "Are you in 8th grade? Dang it!" And
walks away. Okay... I go about my business
trying to remember people's names, meeting
new teachers(some of 'em taught my mom!),
and dealing with a broken locker. I hate my
locker! After 1st period, I was walking down
the hall toward my History class, when Trey
says "Hey, Natasha" loud enough for the whole
hallway to hear(including the principal), and
after I had walked away, I heard him say "She's
my girlfriend." What??!! I think you're dreaming!
That was really weird. When I was walking
home from school with Sherikee, and Shailee,
him and his two friends were walking very
close behind us. I'm surprised they didn't step
on my feet. Then Trey says "So, you're from
Russia?" Huh? What about that whole incident
during first period? "Oh, 'cause so & so is really
excited." This made me feel terrible 'cause so
& so is an adopted kid from Russia. Sorry!
Then he kept saying "Natasha. Natasha. Natasha.
Natasha." till I answer him. He doesn't have
anything to say. When we turned, and went
our ways, he bellows "Bye Natasha." Yeah.
This is my scary story. I'm only telling this
story because he has not said anything to me
since, so you don't need to worry about a freak-o
(believe me, I've heard stories. He's a freak-o.)
stalking me. My science teacher used to teach
my mom, and my math teacher was a good
friend of my uncle's in 3rd grade. He used to live where Sherokee lives. Sorry Sherokee, I
don't know how to spell your name, or Shailee's.
School lunch is so sick-o, I only drink my water,
eat my veggie and fruit, and maybe some fries.
But don't worry, I stuff my face once I get
home. Someone asked me if I was going anerexic
'cause I wasn't eating enough. What? Do I look
anorexic? So, besides my crappy locker, and
a crappy lunch, I like school. Ask me questions.

'It's a Busy Life'(with some celebrating)

Konnichiha
Sorry I haven't updated in nearly 4 weeks.
Mia's B'day was the 15, and Noah's was the
17th. Not long after celebrating Noah's b'day,
the Nanjo's came, we danced OkGo, and we
drove to the airport, where we got in a metal
tube, got off, and were in a completely different
country where it was still the 17th, and drove
to our new home. Weird. There was a work
party at my grandparents house(AKA Our house),
so we saw my mom's side of the family. There
was no one my age. That next week was rather
dull. I was living with people who had an age
range of preschoolers, Kindergarteners, middle-
aged, and elderly folks. So, since I was bored
out of my mind, I decided to go to school. I was
planning to just start in August with the new
school year. OMG! I'm going to be in High School.
I've only had homework twice this week. In
Japan you have homework everyday. If you
don't have an assignment, they create one for
you. I have 8 periods yet I get out at 2:45. In
Japan, I get out at 3:00 when I had 5 periods.
But, we only have 1 recess, and our breaks
are only 5 minutes long. In Japan there's 2
recesss', and 10 minute breaks. In my next
posting I'll tell you about my classes, and teachers,
and funny happenings. TTFN.

'Shopping and Squeeing'

Jumbo!
On Thursday we went to Ikspiari with Maika & Ribeka. we went to Missha first, and I was having really bad blackheads that day, so I thought I could try putting some of the sample makeup on to cover it up. But it wasn't working, so I grabbed a cotton ball, and put some 'Clear Refreshing Water' on it. It was sitting by the cotton balls, so I guessed it was for taking tester makeup off with. It made my skin feel really shuppa-shuppa (Urara!). And when I got home, my nose was (almost) healed! So I'm going to Ikspiari with Lexi tomorrow, when she goes modeling, to see if I can buy some. after that, we went to Claires, Lush, the dress store, and maybe a couple others. aren't you proud of me? I didn't buy a single thing! And, I found out yesterday that the American Eagle stores are updated the day I fly into America! OMG! I really need to go to PayLess. I have no summer shoes. Church, or casual. I got blisters when I wore last years church shoes to the temple. We've been seeing the Nanjos too much lately! (In a good way!) We saw them at YC, April 1st, the 3rd, the 5th, the 6th, 7th, and 8th, then again yesterday. We'll see them at Seminary this Saturday, at church the next day, and, they're skipping school to see us of at the airport. Yea! I gotta do my school work now. Peace out.
Adios!

'The Sound of Youth'

Yay! Yesterday we went to Nakano, and played
with the Youth from the stake. We played Signs,
Sardines, Wink Killer, Nanndemo Basket, Missionary
Tag, and danced Ok Go!. It was fun!!!! And,
we saw Elder Judd for the last time. I'm going
to miss everyone! Everyone who was there
signed a good-bye-message on a good-bye-card.
I especially liked the Kusume boys', and Nanjo's
messages, and I will keep on loving them Always
And Forever! Chiba-kun, Shunnichirou, Yuuichirou,
Yuuki,Yoshiaki, Yoshuya, Mana, Maika, Ribeka,
Nobuaki,Lexi, Tashi, Yuuji, Kouji, Tomonori,
Ari, and Ayumi went. That's 17 people. But,
only Kasai ward can come to the temple on
Friday. Why can no one come? On the way
home, we stopped at Gap, and got some cute,
new dresses for Gracie(just in case you don't
know, this is the baby's name-to-be). Her first
name is going to be either Felicity, or Suzzana
unless they come up with something else. But,
she's going to go by her middle name Grace. And,
her last name will be Stout. I picked that one out.
I've had lots of songs stuck in my head lately.
new ones, old ones, classics, classical ones, Pirates
of the Caribbean ones. Pirates 3 is coming out in
a little more than a month. Yay everyone! I
must go now, good bye.

'Japan Cry'

I can't believe how many garbage bags full of
things we have gotten rid of, but how much
stuff we still have. It's like, we get rid of things,
but more keep appearing, so no change happens.
It's kind of annoying, and somewhat disturbing.
The first day of Youth Conference was fun! (that's
all I participated for). I didn't get to dance with
Tomonori, but I'm ok. Hmm, I have nothing to
say.

Church was fun. Next week we'll be going to
the Koiwa building for General Conference,
and the week after that will be me, Mom, Mia,
and Noah's last week at Kasai. We're planning
on going to the temple to do baptisms on
Friday, and the Nanjos will come home with
us to sleep over, and we'll party all night
dancing, playing Uno, and watching movies.
Yay! And in the afternoon, we'll go to semonary
together! I'm not sure if Anna & Erika are
coming. Anna wasn't making sense. ah well.
I believe we've decided we're leaving on the
17th. Noah, & Austin Rodenberg, & Asami,
Yamagata & Nick DeMann's b-days. Yay!
Mia's is on the 15. Easter! She was born
on Easter. I found out where the 'crap' comes
from yesterday. It was kind of weird. It comes
from the last name 'Crapper', who the first
toilets were named after. Wonderful thing to
be named after. "Lucky..."

'A series of fortunate, & somewhat unfortunate events'

Our American Eagle order finally came today! I got this darling 'graphic T'. Isn't it darling? It's a bit see-thru though, so I'll have to wear something under it. But it's still cute. Spring vacation today! But I still have to do school work, because I was sick Thursday, Friday, Saturday. We've all had it throughout the week. It consists of a runny-nose, achy muscles, coughes, sore throat & lungs from the cough, head aches causing eyes to hurt, and fevers. scary I tell you. Mia & Noah still havefevers. And, today is Noah's interview for his visa. If this goes good, we can move back in mid-April. (AKA: around Mia & Noah's B'days) This is probably why I had the dream that I mentioned in the previous posting. Everyone who's been saying they'll come visit us for years but haven't, you gotta come within the next couple weeks. From Wednesday, we've doing deep cleaning around the house, and we've thrown 7 garbage bags full of things away, and given 13 away. and we're putting out some magazines right now to recycle, and there's still more to get rid of. And I am not looking forward to the game closet whew!

'While I was sleeping'

I had a weird dream that Our whole family was going to the US for only one day just for Mia's B'day. If that were only so... While I was uploading the icons for this post, Mia looked out the window, and started getting mad at our cat Pippin. So I asked her why she was scolding him, and she said that "Pippin is eating himself! He's licking his leg!" When I was refilling the kerosene tank for our heater, I threw one of my mom's jackets on, since it was right there. Noah was beside me putting his coat on before we went outside. Noah suddenly realised that I was wearing a jacket. He got all excited and started patting ny stomach as though he thought since I had Mom's coat on, maybe I had a baby in my tum. I had to take him on the train to meet my dad to get medical check-ups for his Visa. He was very cute until we had to go home. It was right when he was supposed to be taking his nap, so he didn't feel like he should have to walk, and I should have to carry my bag, the diaper bag-full of stuff for him- And Noah. We had a big fight when we were almost home, and he was crying 'cause I wouldn't carry him. I finally had to throw one of the bags down, pick him up, and get the bag later. People I knew where looking and everything. And now, I have change an extremely stinky diaper because it made Mom throw up. At least he called me nice afterwards. On Saturday we had a before-Youth-Conference-meeting. It was so boring. The leaders planned it, and made us play this 'game' that adults like to enforce apon children at school & church even though no one likes it. Everyone has to go aroundd introducing themselves to eachother, and make notes on a piece of paper. This time, there was 16 squares, and the leaders would draw a name, and if you had written that person down, you mark it. So it was bingo. If you got a bingo you earned your group for Y.C. points, and since our group only had 3 people(everyone else left), we didn't get ANY points. People made fun of us. Is it some kind of curse I have to never end up in the group with the energetic, talkative, fun people? They always seem to be grouped together. Are the leaders plotting against us? What has become of the Youth? it's turned into the leadersdo what they want. They plan what activities they want, when they want. And, the Youth go alongwith it. If I make a suggestion, I'm always outvoted. The leaders only ask "what;s in it for us?" They come to the pilaties activity they planned, but when it comes to Y.C., they make the parents drive. And they force the parents into it weeks in advance, asking you over, and over if you'll go, till you finally say yes. Once again I say "What has become of the youth?" Enough depressing talk.
The sakura are starting to bloom. Only the white ones. I picked
one off, and plan to press it in rememberence as the first sakura
of the year.

'Oops I did it again'

I ate too much sugar, and my stomach is now
regreting it. Our kind bishop went to Cozy
Corner and got us cakes for White Day. This
is the first time the men of Kasai returned
Valentines treats to the women. There were
cheese cakes, chocolate cakes, cream puffs,
custard tarts, ann tarts, crepes, swiss rolls,
and eclaires. OMG! And then, Daddy gave
us each a Tolberone bar. yay! I got my
Personal Progress completion certificate in
sacrament meeting! I'm finally done! When
we got home, we got to eat my daddy's chicken
soup for lunch. After reading, sewing, and
sudokuing, Noah helped me make peach
cobbler. He's turning into quite a cook. He
knows each cooking utensile-ware, and can tell
the difference between pies, cakes, cookies,
muffins, and cobler. After it had cooked and
cooled Noah helped me, yet again, to make
ice cream. It was quite yummy. I found my
five year old camera the other day, and have
been trying to download pictures, but my hard
work has so far been in vain. I'm gonna try on
a different computer, so we'll see how that
works.
