'Hoodalalee Hoodalalee Golly What a Week'

Hello
We just got back from EFY(Especially For Youth). It was so fun!!! I really, really, really want to go again! "In the words of today's youth, it was awesome." haha Our group was the For Beholds. There was so much walking involved. I had to mummify my feet in tape for blister prevention. It hurt. On Thursday we had to wear Sunday clothes the whole day. That includes wearing heels the whole day. I gotta tell ya. Before one of the dances, I lathered myself in deodorant so I wouldn't smell of unnameable substances. But as I was putting it on my forehead, I got some in my hair, and it looked like dandruff! I wasn't able to get it all out. Talk about embarassing! We had fun screaming and cheering about everything. Our counselor Petey knew all the other counselors, and so he would have us yell something different to everyone. Our main call was hoodalalee. Or, hoorah, or kapow, or "Hey, so-and-so" really awekward. It was fun. We would also scream for Br. Buckner(Our session director), and Br. Bowman until our throats hurt. Brittni lost her voice. It was funny. Lara had some SUPER cute shoes like these, but hers were black. CUTE! We hads LoTs and lOtS of good lessons.
One was about 'faking confidence until making confidence.'
They also kept talking about how texting
constantly is bad. We had to leave our cell phones in our
dorms for the whole day except at free-time. They kept talking about how girls shouldn't
readd magazines and stuffs because it tends to make girls
depressed, and it junks up your mind. hhhmmmm....... Breakfast and dinner we would eat at the Cannon Center,
but lunch would just be a sack lunch. They were very good.
But one of the days we had Subway, and that
was good.
okay, everyone has a COW(Crush Of the Week)
when they go to EFY right? Of course, right. So the girlsand
decided to right down who they liked on piece of paper, and
swap papers, and see who liked who. Yeah, I thought this
one guy was cool. Arielle tried to talk us out of it saying, that
she did it once, and no one liked her, and she felt really bad,
and she didn't want anyone to get their feelings hurt. But, we did it anyway. Hhhmm. I ended up
regretting it. 7 guys liked Lexi, and one guy liked every girl
except Arielle(now I felt bad), me, and Lindsey. awe well.
When am I gonna see him again anyways right? Pizza night was awesome. Our group got 8
pizzas, 2 dessert pizzas, 2 things of ice cream, 2 packages
of cookies, 2 sodas, and a galon of fruit punch. Afterwards,
we all got our mattresses, stripped them of their linens, and
played matress dominoes. We all squished eachother. We
kept saying "One more time" about 8 times, until it was 15
minutes past lights-out. We filmed it 3 times, and gave it in
to the slideshow on Friday. "It was awesome". For the dances and games night you needed
closed-toed-shoes, which I sorely needed. So, on our way up
on Monday morning, I popped into Pay-less and bought some
formal, and informal shoes. May I add that they are darling?
But I didn't think about walking around in new shoes and
getting blisters. Both dances were awesome. There was modesty,
there were good songs(so you don't have to worry about awkward
songs when you're dancing with a guy), no swearing songs... and
the guys had to ask you to dance. Altogehter, 8 guys I didn't know
asking me to dance. "It was awesome" Derrek taught me some
swing dance moves. Girls dig guys that can swing dance. One time
I asked this random guy to dance, and it ended up he knew Mikako
and Chase Adams. I thought that was cool. And 3 (cute) guys
complemented my dress. They said they thought it was cute. It was
nice how the guys would hold the doors open for the girls, and escort
them, and one guy carried my bag for me. So nice!

'It was a Pool Party For The Cool People in Our Fam'

여보세요

I'll start by telling you about my 4th of July.
After watching the parade, me and Lex hung
out at the State House Park with various peoples.
After that we went to Kelton's pool, then went
to watch fireworks with whomever we pleased. They were pretty good. I bought
a glowing bracelet. Shaylee & Suzie bought one too.
Last Saturday we went toNorth Park.
Jessica and I were swinging, and I kicked my flip-flops
off. One of them landing in agigantic pine tree. I looked
for it, but I couldn't find it. I was really bummed out. On that same Saturday Fillmore was
almost evacuated. Our parents weren't home at the
time, and it was a bit scary. We could see the smoke. The sun turned pink, and Kanosh was
evacuated, but it ended up someone just freaked out,
and they were ok. Brendon who workED at the Subway
by Cove Fort thought he saw Cove Fort burn, and the
gas station blow up. Cove Fort was miraculously saved,
and what he saw blow up was propane tank. Still scary.
Shanlee's birthday was on Thursday, so
she had a party on Tuesday. We went to Seven Peaks.
That was fun. We mostly hung out in the
wave pool. There was this one slide that was scarily evil.
It was a free-fall. But you're not in a car, so
you leave the slide at one point. Evil I tell you! Terror.
After we left Seven Peaks, we went to the Provo Towne
Center Mall. I bought new flip flops since the incident
mentioned above left me flipflopless. They are cute, orange,
and stripey. We got dinner at McDonalds. Now I've twice in the US. haha. On Friday, we went to Target,
Gardner Village, and a pool party at the Salmons house. Stephen
and Jordon didn't come. whew Lex and I just hung out with Mia
& Noah. Fun fun. At YCC I got a Target gift card, which I spent
on Friday. I bought lot's of new make up! Hooray for make up!
We slept over at the Cowdells, and went to the
Gateway Mall with them the following day. We were only able
to shop at American Eagle because we had to go pick up Daddy. I bought a cute, new, cute shirt whilst we were there.
And I would like to mention that I found my
flipflop.

'Summer Lovin'

Γειάσου,

Sorry I haven't posted in like, a month!
I've beenvery busy doing things like Girls Camp,
Youth Court Conference, Teen Council, filming
music videos, and air hockey tournaments.
Have I ever mentioned that I like grapefruit?
It's so tasty and delicious. Camp
was way fun!!! Lots of smores!! Mmmmm!!!!
We also learned this thing where
you cook muffin batter in an emptyed orange.
Girls Camp was so spiritual! I wish I could feel
like that all the time! Only a couple days after
camp we went to YCC(Youth Court Conference)
That was way fun too! Me, Lexi, Megan, Noah,
Sam, and Austin were the only people from
East Millard County that went. Youth Court
itself is awesome. We get to be actual judges
in an actual court room, actually judging actual
law-breakers that are actually our age. haha
Look on Lexi's blog for pictures
of YCC. Eden wasn't able to go to Girls Camp
because she was in California. The bum! JK
There was pretty scary people
that would hang around us at YCC. Like Mike
(Poor Megan!!), and Doug. Doug sat with us at
the banquet. He kept looking at me. Not very good.
At the dance he asked me to slow
dance with him 3 times! The 3rd time he asked
me, I told him, "I can only dance with the same
person twice." After that he backed off. At the
banquet he was playing with his iPod when he
asked "Who wants to listen to a bad song?" Before
he could pronounce the 'g', Lexi said "No." Then
Noah and Sam said "We don't like bad songs."
Yay! He kept swearing. Hhhmmmm.
So, Yeah. YCC was fun. Yesterday
(Thursday) Me, Lex, Sam, Noah, and Kember
filmed a music video for Sam & Noah's 4-H
project. It was so cool. One of these days when
Noah sends it to us, either me, or Lexi will post
it. It's so good! OMG! Teen Council was fun too.
We made neck coolers for soldiers fighting in
Iraq. We filmed some of the movie at the library,
so we went strait from the library to the Court
House. When Noah Kershisnik was backing out,
he accidentally went forward, and hit the curb.
He didn't know it at the time, but he made a
hole in his oil tank. We made a huge puddle in
front of the Court House. We used kitty litter
to soak it up. His car had to be towed. After
that we went to Sam's house to film some more.
We got 5-buck pizzas, and babysat Sam's neices
and nephew. At around ten, Eden, Noah, Sam,
Kember, Jessica, and Gina came over to watch
the Hollywood version of Pride and Prejudice.
Kember brought Berry Collossal
Crunch that we snacked on. Yay! We also ate
chips, Chrystal Light, and kettle pop corn. Yummy!
I'm so excited for the 4th of July! I'll see tons of
friends, Steveon & Jordon(haha) are coming, and
we might go to Lagoon with them that Saturday.
We plan to take Coke cans for a
discount. Lagoon is freaking expensive man!
Baby Gracie has to pay $28 to get in! She's not
getting on any rides. Anyways. Fun stuff.

'People here! People there! People & Relatives Everywhere!'

Hallo
This Sunday was our grandparents me, Lex, Jordan, and Stephen to sing sacrament meeting. We sang janice Kapp Perry's Song Of Testimony. Grandma said "When you were singing, it just made my little heart pop like ET." I was fine right up until right before we sang.
Mandee had told everone at school that she had a hot cousin coming on the 4th of july, and we had to meet him. (Still looking forward to that) She brought a framed picture of his whole family to school to show us. So I told everyone I had some cousins coming too. "They're going to sing, so if you come to 3rd ward you can see them". At night games on Tuesday, Jaisha said, "Sorry I wasn't able to see your cousins on Sunday". Then _______ said "Oh my gosh! I was sitting on the front row, and while they were singing I was like drooling." That made me laugh so hard. I couldn't see her, but Lexi said she saw her and she thought it was kinda weird that she was slumping. Lexi just thought she was tired. ha! Isn't that a great story? Everyone said our singing sounded pretty. Yay! Hardly anyone was in sacrament meeting because most everyone was on vacation. But, we had 100 relatives over, so it made up for it. Then, the 100 peoples came to our house, (AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!) and we played with our cousins, and 1st cousins once removed. Stepheon & Jordon slept over in the barn. We played, stayed up telling scary stories, and woke up at 8:00 so we could go 4-wheeling with the Kesslers. they're stepheon & Jordon's cousins once removed. So they're my cousin's cousins once removed? that was my first time to go ATVing. after that, we went swimming, but Jordon didn't have a swim suit, so he borrowed one from the Kesslers. Then we stopped at Duanes on the way home, bought FOOOOOOOOOOD, and watched Night at The Mueseum. After that thing's went a little down-hill. Steveon started ignoring Lexi, and doing stuff like playing the piano. Kinda weird. They hitch-hiked a ride back home with some people.
On Tuesday peopleinvited me to play, but I said I couldn't go for the first bit, but I would join them later, if the would give me a call. They forgot to call me. They finally called at 9:20, and invited me to night games. Night games was pretty fun, exceptDallin was weird.(Wow! What a surprise!...) Hekept telling Shaylee's little brother to pet my hair. Gross!
Auf Wiedersehen
