'Graduation! Summertime & We're Havin' Fun'

Bojour

Graduation was fun. Everyone was dressed up. It was so weird. Lexi recorded some stuff on her camera, and I saw that I was slumping! All and all, it was pretty fun. Afterwards, we got doughnuts & punch. the bathrooms were cramed full of people changed out of their dresses. After that, it was a pretty normal day, except we didn't do anything. We just played all day. During 8th period, the 8th graders had a water fight. I got soaked. Bourne squirted me down after he said he wouldn't. Marcie didn't think I was wet enough, so she dumped a full bucket of water on me. I had to walk home all wet. My wet jeans made my bag blue. Annoying!
The next day was the last day of school. I had 1st period normaly, but second & third was spent in the gym for the awards assembly. During fourth & fifth period, the 7th & 8th graders ran around the gym signing eachothers yearbooks. I got 34 signatures! yay me! That was a fun last day of school.
Me, Mamoo, Mia,Noah, and Dad-squishy went and saw Pirates 3! OMG! It came out a day early in Fillmore of all places! It was okay, but it wasn't nearly as good as the 2nd one. Jack wasn't as funny. Everyone thought the monkey was so funny. Personally, I don't like it when they make the animal do weird stuffs to make people laugh. I saw it again the next day with Shanlee, Jaisha, Shaylee, Lexi, Sherokee, Mandee, and Melissa. I couldn't have only seen it once! Shanlee & Jaisha kept gasping at the intense scenes. Shanlee started bawling when Will died. I like Shanlee.
Saturday was the YW yard sale. We made about $360 for Girls Camp. I helped. I bought a muffin(that I made), a lazy dazy yum bar (AKA magic bar)(which I made), and 3 shirts. Before we went to the movie, peoples came to our house, and helped us make 4 pies, brownies, lemon bars, lazy dazy yum bars, muffins, and cup cakes for the yard sale/bake sale. whew! Hardly anyone came, because Traci's sisters Winter & Tami had a yard sale as well, so everyone went there. aw well. We still had fun.
When we got home, we cleaned the house, went to the hospital, stayed there forever, cleaned the house again, went to bed, woke up,cleaned, went to church. I will tell you about that in a later post.
Au revoir

'I'm in the Mood for fighting'(just with water.don't worry)

Hello
On Friday I got pulled out of school early to go see Throughly Modern Millie. I didn't know we were going until the night before. We watched the play with Jill, Mic, and G'ma. Afterwards, G'ma & G'pa went to a opera, while us & Jill went to Sonic and home.
Saturday we were planning to go to Mt. Pleasant, but after a series of problems, we ended up not going.
Kelsie invited us to go to a Daughters of the Pioneers meeting to serve food to people. It was pretty fun. Shaylee went. I'm glad she did. We were going to get together afterwards, but Jeisha & Shanley invited her to go to a waterfight at North Park, so I went there with Shaylee. I was excited, because I couldn't attend the water fight at the Field Day on Thursday. Lexi invited herself to go. Jeisha, Shanley, Shaylee, Lexi and I were the girls. Dallin and some other guy were the only guys, but we had it be girls against boys.
We made our own war cry: Feitasu! And we named ourselves the Klenobens. Hey, it was the brand name of the hose that helped us. On the way home, we stopped at Video 1 Stop to get shaved ice. I heart shaved ice. I invited people to my house, and we played air hockey, jumped on the tramp, and ate cheese sticks.
Yay! My graduation's tomorrow. I worked so hard at Fillmore Middle School. Yah. I'm going to wear my darling dress I got from modeling. Mr. Blad was pronouncing my name wrong when I would enter. I had to pluck up courage to tell him he was saying it wrong. It was awkward. He was pronouncing it Natacsha. He would do a short A as in 'cat' instead of a long a as in 'moth ball'. Kind of annoying. Vaarwel

'Singin' on the Isle'

Ciao!
Okay, I have to tell you my 'I thought I was gonna die' story. No one else I told seemed to like it, so sorry if you fall asleep. Sherokee & some 7th graders invited me to go tubing on Friday. I was really happy and excited. There's the dance, we're going tubing, there's night- games, Lex and Dad come home, and other I would miss out on.
The Stucci's drove me over to Shanley's house. It ends up I knew her older sister. How weird is that? We got dressed, and waited around for the other girls to show up. Shailee, Sherokee, Shanlee, Suzie, Mandee, Melissa, and 3 others girls whose names I don't know came. We all got inner-tubes, and took turns blowing eachothers up. Hard work man. But nothing compered to what we were about to do.
We all set out, and it was pretty scarry. Most of the time I couldn't stay in my tube. The creek would drag me along, with my legs hitting every single rock. We got split into 3 groups. I was the middle group. 4 of us had our tubes tied together. Suddenly, we come across this log lieing across the creek. We had to get out of our tubes, and take turns getting over it. When I got out of my tube, I somehow got knocked under the water, and couldn't get up for, I bet ya, at least 15 seconds. I couldn't find the top,and if I did, innertubes were in my way. The rope tangled around me, and things were pretty ugly. I thought I was going to die. Meanwhile, everyone else started screaming "Natasha!" (although I couldn't hear them)"She's caught under the innertubes! The rope's around her neck!" I didn't know I was chocking, but most of my body had gone numb from the chill of the water.
The mountains were melting, and the current was much stronger than we anticipated. We finally got out of that mess, but people still kept getting hurt. We found a good place to rest. 3 girls chickened out, and ran away with our only cellphone onle we were pushed into the water. Soon after, Melissa anounced that she thought her knee was hurt, possibly broken. We had a panic moment. The 7 girls that were last decided to split up, with capable people with Melissa to help her. Aparently I'm capable, because I was 1 of those 3 with her. We had to keep stopping and resting for Melissa, and the other group got way ahead of us. We found a place where the water was more shallow, andthere was some land sticking out, so we stopped on the land, and sent Mandee to tell the others to wait for us. It was a depressing time for me,Suzie, and Melissa. Melissa could barely walk, Suzie was having a melt down, and I was asking stupid questions like, "So, who did you dance with?"just to make conversation. We were moving our innertubes around so we could sit in the sun, wewere asking eachother what our favorite songs were, and singing them. We were yelling down the river; "Mandee! Where are you?", crying into eachother's shoulders "We're going to die!", and telling jokes like, "10 friends set out on a creek to go tubing. 3 leave. The 7 other girls get seperated, one, of whom, broke her knee, and they send out 1 girl to tell the others to stop. She never comes back, and the 3 others are stuck on an island for an hour, asking eachother who they danced with". That joke was Suzie's. so, yeah, We were stuck there an hour. We even considered writing SOS with the nearby logs in case any passing helicopters see it. It was pathetic.
We finally decided that we had to get off the island-thingy. So, we cut the rope attaching the tubes together, with a piece ofwood that was lieing around so we could tie each end to trees to help Melissa cross. Just as we realised the rope was too short, the people who owned the land across the creek came and saved us. Suzie cried. "We're saved". She kept saying. My lips had turned purple. We crossed, and hoped we could get a ride in the golf course excebition lookin' car, but Sister Stucci gave us a ride. Aw well. We took Melissa to the hospital, then went and picked up everyone else, who had made the phone call to save us. They were alright, except they had to climb 5 barbwire fences, and Mandee twisted her ankle, with her sock drenchedin blood. But it ended up she only had this tiny scratch, but it bled alot.
You should see mylegs. My thighs are covered in bruises, andmy grandma put this plastic wrap lookin' stuffthat helps skin grow back, on my shins. Sick. I felt bad for Shanley. She felt lik eit was all her fault beause it was her idea to go tubing. She cryed when we went to her house and told her everything that happened from the time she and 2 other girls left. Everything ended up fine though. I don't think I'll go tubing for a long time. haha

'I've Got Music, I've Got Rythm'

I had a bunch of assignments on Thursday and Friday so I felt a little bata-bata, but I got it all done by fifth period. The dance was during sixth and seventh period.
Me and a bunch of other girls walked in late 'cause they wanted gum, so I kindly shared with them. The first 2 dances I sat there watching people dance, but a guy named Born(spell) asked me to dance. He was nice. He would actually talk to me. The next couple dances I sat there, until Dillan asked me. That was really weird, and awkward. He was like Napoleon Dynamite the whole time, looking to the side. I would ask him a question, and he would answer in as less words possible. In the song we danced to, the guy stiopped singing, then the music stopped a little while later, but he let go and walked away the second the guy stopped singing. hmm kinda awkward. After a couple more dances I asked Sherokee to dance. Don't think we're weird. People have done it before. Everyone was pointing and laughing at us. C'mon, it's not that weird. We're not les.
After a couple more dances, a guy named Mitchell in the 7th grade asked me. He would kinda talk to me. He kept showing his gum though. Sherokee was on 1 side of me, and Melissa on another. Melissa was trying to tell me something, but I couldn't understand her, so finally the guy she was dancing with gave me a thumbs-up. Supposedly, he a hotty that everyone likes in the 7th grade. There was a pause in the song, and Sherokee and her guy let go, and were about to walk back to the stands when the song started again. Embarassing.
I didn't get asked for anymore dances. Sherokee's mom drove us home, so we could get our swim suits and such to go tubing in the creek. I'll tell you all about that in a latter post. It's a long story! We had night games at 9:00. We were going to play night games, but there was only 5 girls, and 1 boy, and after the creek, we were all like hhhhwwwwwwvvvvvvaaaaaaaaaaaa........, so we watched Napoleon Dynamite. I left early, cause my family was coming home. Lexi didn't want to listen to anything I had to say, and only wanted to talk about what she did, so I was a little bummed out.

'Shall we dance?'and some teasing along with it

hola! Yesterday Bailee and Krystyn took me to a movie store which also sells slushees. Don't go to Ikspiari anymore Lex. These are bigger, cheaper, and there's more flavors! I woke up at 6:50, made my bed, and atebreakfast until 7:05, showered, got dressed, and did my hiar until 7:35, and got out the door in the nick of time at 7:40. I have to walk Mia to school. It's not her fault she has short legs and wlks slow. I got to school at 7:57. Iwent to all my classes, and was a very good girl.In lunch I only ate my applesuace, brownie, and water. Don't worry. I came home and pigged out on cookies. I also finished off my slushee. My mom bought this dough stuff you just have to peel apart and cook. She never bought stuff like that when I was little. While they were cooking in the oven, I looked at the package said it expired last Christmas Eve. They still tasted good. At lunch recess, Sherokee tachi asked me if I wanted to play with them. "We're going to throw eachother" Now doesn't that sound a little violent? It ends up 2 people would hold 1 persons hand, and launch them into the air. Peoples went 10 feet. It was so freakin' fun. During lunch I was sitting with Sherokee, Shailee, and Melissa, and they said there was a dance on Friday. I got all pumped up-my first dance! When the sudden realization struck me. Friday? Friday! That's when Lex and Dad are flying in, we see Gloria, and the Stout aunts get facial etc(while I babysit their kids). Hhhmm as much as I want to see Gloria, and Lexi & Dad, I really don't want to babysit, and I really want to go to the dance. So I walk in the door, and say "The most distressing thing happened to me today; there's a dance on Friday. and someone asked me to it." My mom froze. Grandma slowly started turning around to face me. "Sherokee asked me." Ha! Blood went back into my mom's face. "Oh. I was gonna say 'I didn't think they had date dances in 8th grade'." My grandma seemed very relieved. Sherikee & I had decided to go together. In one dance the boys ask the girls, in another the girls ask the boys, and then it's whatever. I'm kind of leaning toward...well, would you be totally crushed if I didn't show up at the airport? But isn't that the best story? I learned today that caffine is a depressant. It makes you hyper for the next half~1 hour, but after that you become tired, aggravated, and eventually, depressed. So watch those sodas you're drinking. And all sugars. My wise thought for the day. Adios

'We Came to America!-Last Month!'

Nihao
the Friday before I started school, I went to
the school to register. We were in the school
office when 3rd period ended. Someone started
screaming "Who's that? Who's that? Who's that?",
until someone said "It's a new kid!". Thanks alot.
The following Monday I started school. My mom
and I sat in the office for most of 1st period while
the secretary was filling out papers and the such.
the called in a girl named Tristen to be my buddy
because she's in all my classes except one. The
secretary asked her to show me all the classrooms.
While we were walking down the halls this hall
monitor named Trey started following us and
asking questions(he's a hall monitor 'cause he got
kicked out of band) "Who are you?" "Where are
you from?" "Naipan?" "Naipan?" "Naipan?"
"Naipan?" He finally understood.
When I told my dad this story on the phone,
he asked me(after a slight pause); "Is he retarded?"
Almost. So he follows us to my locker, and
asks me "Are you in 8th grade? Dang it!" And
walks away. Okay... I go about my business
trying to remember people's names, meeting
new teachers(some of 'em taught my mom!),
and dealing with a broken locker. I hate my
locker! After 1st period, I was walking down
the hall toward my History class, when Trey
says "Hey, Natasha" loud enough for the whole
hallway to hear(including the principal), and
after I had walked away, I heard him say "She's
my girlfriend." What??!! I think you're dreaming!
That was really weird. When I was walking
home from school with Sherikee, and Shailee,
him and his two friends were walking very
close behind us. I'm surprised they didn't step
on my feet. Then Trey says "So, you're from
Russia?" Huh? What about that whole incident
during first period? "Oh, 'cause so & so is really
excited." This made me feel terrible 'cause so
& so is an adopted kid from Russia. Sorry!
Then he kept saying "Natasha. Natasha. Natasha.
Natasha." till I answer him. He doesn't have
anything to say. When we turned, and went
our ways, he bellows "Bye Natasha." Yeah.
This is my scary story. I'm only telling this
story because he has not said anything to me
since, so you don't need to worry about a freak-o
(believe me, I've heard stories. He's a freak-o.)
stalking me. My science teacher used to teach
my mom, and my math teacher was a good
friend of my uncle's in 3rd grade. He used to live where Sherokee lives. Sorry Sherokee, I
don't know how to spell your name, or Shailee's.
School lunch is so sick-o, I only drink my water,
eat my veggie and fruit, and maybe some fries.
But don't worry, I stuff my face once I get
home. Someone asked me if I was going anerexic
'cause I wasn't eating enough. What? Do I look
anorexic? So, besides my crappy locker, and
a crappy lunch, I like school. Ask me questions.

'It's a Busy Life'(with some celebrating)

Konnichiha
Sorry I haven't updated in nearly 4 weeks.
Mia's B'day was the 15, and Noah's was the
17th. Not long after celebrating Noah's b'day,
the Nanjo's came, we danced OkGo, and we
drove to the airport, where we got in a metal
tube, got off, and were in a completely different
country where it was still the 17th, and drove
to our new home. Weird. There was a work
party at my grandparents house(AKA Our house),
so we saw my mom's side of the family. There
was no one my age. That next week was rather
dull. I was living with people who had an age
range of preschoolers, Kindergarteners, middle-
aged, and elderly folks. So, since I was bored
out of my mind, I decided to go to school. I was
planning to just start in August with the new
school year. OMG! I'm going to be in High School.
I've only had homework twice this week. In
Japan you have homework everyday. If you
don't have an assignment, they create one for
you. I have 8 periods yet I get out at 2:45. In
Japan, I get out at 3:00 when I had 5 periods.
But, we only have 1 recess, and our breaks
are only 5 minutes long. In Japan there's 2
recesss', and 10 minute breaks. In my next
posting I'll tell you about my classes, and teachers,
and funny happenings. TTFN.
